8 flour tortillas
100 grams Oaxaca cheese, shredded
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
1 avocado, sliced
8 slices deli ham

Heat the tortillas.
Fill half of the tortillas with ham and cheese. Cover with another tortilla and return to the griddle to melt the cheese.
Cut them into 4, serve 4 triangles per plate, and accompany them with slices of tomato and avocado.
