Syncronizadas

The syncronizadas with a typical Mexican breakfast. You can also serve them for a casual dinner or even take them as lunch to the office.

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 100 grams Oaxaca cheese, shredded
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 8 slices deli ham

  • Heat the tortillas.
  • Fill half of the tortillas with ham and cheese. Cover with another tortilla and return to the griddle to melt the cheese.
  • Cut them into 4, serve 4 triangles per plate, and accompany them with slices of tomato and avocado.
