Make rolls with zucchini flowers, Oaxaca cheese, and tortillas. You can add as much zucchini flower and cheese as you want.
Arrange the rolls in a Pyrex dish.
The beans can be heated with a little water to make them more liquid. You can also blend the whole cooked beans to make the sauce.
Add the sauce on top of the Pyrex and place it in a low oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
After taking the Pyrex out, add cream and amaranth on top for an extra touch.
