  • 2 bananas
  • 1 egg, 60 g
  • 1 cup milk, 250 ml
  • 2 cups almond powder, 150 g
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder, 6 g
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, 10 g
  • 1 teaspoon salt, 5 g
  • butter, for greasing
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon Nutella®, 15 g

  • In a bowl, mash the bananas, add the egg, the milk, and mix; then add the almond flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and mix again until you obtain a semi-thick consistency.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease with butter. Pour a little of the hot cake mixture, add the blueberries, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve to taste and spread with Nutella®.
