Cut the bolillo in half lengthwise and remove some of the crumbs.
Place the bolillo on the heat over a griddle to toast it, and as soon as it starts to brown, add butter to taste on the bread where the crumbs were removed; once the butter melts, it's ready.
Add the beans (on top of the butter) and sprinkle cheese to taste; you can lower the heat on the stove or, if not, place it in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
You can enjoy them with any sauce you have at home.
