350 grams Oaxaca cheese
200 grams canned mushroom

In a skillet, place the mushrooms and add a little Maggi. Let them season and remove.
Fill each quesadilla with a bit of Oaxaca cheese and mushrooms.
Place the quesadillas on a griddle until the cheese melts.
