Mushroom Quesadilla

You can eat quesadillas for breakfast or dinner. This recipe has mushrooms and cheese inside the quesadillas.

  • 200 grams canned mushroom  200 grams canned mushroom

  • In a skillet, place the mushrooms and add a little Maggi. Let them season and remove.
  • Fill each quesadilla with a bit of Oaxaca cheese and mushrooms.
  • Place the quesadillas on a griddle until the cheese melts.
