  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, strawberry flavor
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, vanilla flavor
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • butter, to cook the hot cakes
  • syrup, chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry flavors; to accompany
  • strawberries, fresh, for decoration

  • For the hot cakes, mix the flour with the baking powder and baking soda; add the milk, eggs, vanilla, butter, and mix well.
  • Divide the mixture into three equal parts; add strawberry drink powder to one, vanilla drink powder to another, and chocolate drink powder to the last. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Cook the hot cakes in a small size on a medium heat skillet with a little butter; cook each hot cake for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Serve the napolitan hot cakes with flavored syrups, fruits, and whipped cream.
