  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cups raspberries
  • almonds, fileted
  • banana
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
  • cinnamon powder
  • 1 ounce Coffee express
  • cocoa
  • chocolate

  • In a bowl, mix the oats, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Cover and let it rest in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Once the oats have rested, mix with the yogurt and divide into 3 portions. Set aside.
  • Place raspberries at the bottom of the jar, mash with a fork to make a puree. Add the oats and decorate with raspberries and almonds.
  • In another jar, place the oats and walnuts and mix until combined. Decorate with banana, walnut, and ground cinnamon.
  • In another jar, mix the oats with the coffee, serve in a glass and sprinkle with cocoa, decorate with chocolate.
