Apple Hot Cakes

  • 1 cup N/A Yogurt griego endulzado Danone®
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups vegetable milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cups oat flour
  • 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • cinnamon
  • 2 golden apple, peeled, without core

  • In a bowl, mix the sweetened Danone® Greek yogurt, eggs, plant-based milk, vanilla extract, oat flour, wheat flour, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Cut the apple into slices, so that it looks like a donut. Set aside.
  • Melt a little butter in a skillet over medium heat, pour some of the hot cake batter, add the apple, and pour a little more batter. Cook the hot cakes for 3 minutes on each side or until well cooked.
  • Place the apple hot cakes on a platter, sprinkle with nuts, and accompany with maple syrup.
