Bunny Pancake

These bunny pancakes will delight your kids, with their fun shape and delicious cream cheese with honey, they won't be able to resist eating these little pancakes, plus they contain probiotics as a dietary supplement, which helps restore intestinal flora.

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cups butter, melted
  • 3/4 cups cow's milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 4 grams probiotics, 2 packets
  • 5 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cups chocolate chips

  • For the pancake mixture, in a bowl, beat the flour with the baking powder, sugar, eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla essence.
  • Pour the mixture into a piping bag with a small round tip.
  • In a non-stick pan, pour the mixture, drawing ears and a tail, let cook for 1 minute, fill with more mixture and flip to cook the other side.
  • Pour the pancake mixture into the pan in a circle shape, one large, one small, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • For the cream cheese, beat the cream cheese, add honey and probiotics.
  • Form the bunny by placing the pancake circles on a plate. Arrange the ears, add whipped cream with a star tip to simulate the bunny's tail, and place chocolate chips to simulate the bunny's paw prints.
