Prepare the hot cake flour according to the instructions on the package (adding milk, egg, and melted butter). Add the teaspoons of cocoa and mix everything well.
Add the chocolate chips and stir.
In a large non-stick skillet, melt a little butter and pour in 1/4 cup of the hot cake mixture. Wait for bubbles to form and for it to turn golden brown, then flip it over. Repeat this step until all the hot cake mixture is used.
