In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, and egg.
Pour the milk mixture into the bowl of flour and stir with a whisk. The batter should have some small lumps.
Heat a large skillet until hot, then make the pancakes by placing the batter with a large spoon onto the skillet to the desired size. (If you have a large round cookie cutter, you can use it as a guide to form a more perfect circle with the batter.)
Flip them with a spatula when bubbles start to form, to cook the other side.
Place one pancake on the plate. Take another pancake and cut out two ears from the edges using the edge of a large round cookie cutter (or a round bowl). The remaining piece is used as the bunny's bow. Repeat with the rest of the pancakes.
Decorate the face with two blueberries for eyes, a raspberry for the nose, and two slivered almonds for teeth. Decorate the bow and the center of the ears with whipped cream.
Serve accompanied by butter and maple syrup.
