Oatmeal pancakes with banana and protein. Ideal for breakfast and/or snacks without neglecting the diet. They are also very easy to prepare and suitable for everyone at home.

1 banana
1 egg white
1 cup light milk, or almond
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 envelope stevia
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cups nut , optional
Preparation

Blend all the ingredients.
Preheat the pan with coconut oil or clarified butter.
Make the pancakes in the size you want.
Wait for bubbles to form and flip each pancake.
Serve with honey or fruit to taste
