Fit Pancakes

Oatmeal pancakes with banana and protein. Ideal for breakfast and/or snacks without neglecting the diet. They are also very easy to prepare and suitable for everyone at home.

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup light milk, or almond
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 envelope stevia
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cups nut , optional

  • Blend all the ingredients.
  • Preheat the pan with coconut oil or clarified butter.
  • Make the pancakes in the size you want.
  • Wait for bubbles to form and flip each pancake.
  • Serve with honey or fruit to taste
