Wake up the little ones at home with the magical and delicious smell of warm hot cakes, made with almond flour, filled with fruit, and a soft and delightful hint of vanilla.
In a bowl, add the almond flour, egg, baking powder, vanilla extract, baking soda, salt, organic honey, and skim milk. Mix until combined and obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into a squeeze bottle. Set aside.
In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, pour the hot cake mixture. Add some sliced banana and strawberries, and cover with more hot cake mixture. Cook for 4 minutes on each side.
Serve the hot cakes on a flat plate and accompany with Greek yogurt, raspberries, and blackberries.
