Greek Yogurt Pancakes

  • 1 tub Greek yogurt, flavor honey and cereals
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • Mix the yogurt with the flour, baking powder, sugar, egg, and milk.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet and melt a little butter; using a ladle, pour some of the mixture and cook on both sides until the pancake is golden.
