  • 100 grams pancake mix
  • vegetable oil
  • raspberries
  • strawberries
  • blueberries

  • Prepare the pancake batter with the ingredients from the package.
  • Take a heart-shaped mold and grease the inside with a little oil.
  • Put a little oil in a skillet. When it’s hot, place the heart mold in the skillet and pour 1 or 2 tablespoons of the pancake batter into it (depending on the size of the mold).
  • When the batter starts to bubble and has cooked on one side, flip it to cook the other side.
  • Once cooked on the other side, remove.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Serve 2 on a plate and sprinkle fruit on top.
