Ice Cream Shaped Pancakes

  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 50 grams butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 275 milliliters cow's milk
  • 180 grams flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 bananas
  • 1/4 cups chocolate syrup, Optional
  • 1/4 cups cherries

  • Beat the eggs with the sugar and melted butter. Make sure the butter is at room temperature.
  • Add the vanilla and milk. Sift the flour, salt, and baking powder and add them to the mixture.
  • Beat until there are no lumps. You should have a slightly thick batter.
  • Heat a skillet and grease it with a little butter. If you want to reduce the fat content, you can use vegetable oil spray.
  • Add two tablespoons of the pancake batter to the center of the skillet and, using a spoon, spread the batter to form a triangle. Let it cook for 2 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface.
  • Flip the pancake and let it cook for another 2 minutes. Repeat this process with the remaining batter.
  • Slice the banana into rounds. Place the triangular pancakes on a plate and arrange the banana slices on top. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the pancakes to create the diamond shapes of the cone. You can replace the chocolate syrup with melted chocolate in the microwave.
