Light Pancakes with Granola

Start your mornings with these healthy light pancakes with granola. They are made with Kellogg's® Coco Granola, raisins, and honey that give them a delicious flavor. They have a rich banana taste and the best part is that they are gluten-free, plus they are easy and quick to make.

  • 2 cups Kellogg’S® coconut, raisins and honey granola
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • Place Kellogg's® Coco Granola, raisins, and honey in the processor and grind until you achieve a sandy consistency.
  • Mix the Kellogg's® Coco Granola, crushed raisins, and honey with the banana and egg. You should end up with a slightly thick consistency.
  • Add butter to a hot pan and pour in some of the mixture. Let it cook for 3 minutes on each side.
  • Serve with honey.
