Mini-Banana Hotcakes

  • Blend the banana, eggs, oats, vanilla, and sugar in the blender.
  • Heat the skillet and add a little butter.
  • Pour the mixture into the skillet in small circles, cook for a few minutes, and flip the hotcakes to cook the other side.
