  • 100 grams pancake mix
  • 300 milliliters cow's milk
  • 30 grams butter
  • 50 grams strawberries, sliced

  • Mix the pancake flour with the milk.
  • Place a little butter in your skillet.
  • With the help of a ladle, pour a little of the batter to form your Mini Hotcake.
  • Once the batter starts to bubble, check if the side touching the skillet is cooked properly; if it is ready, flip it to cook the other side.
  • When it is cooked on both sides, remove it from the skillet.
  • Repeat the previous steps with the rest of the batter.
  • Decorate with strawberries.
