Oatmeal and Plantain Hotcakes
Delicious hotcakes with oatmeal and plantain, it is a perfect dish to start the day with a very tasty breakfast. I love making oatmeal hotcakes on weekends.

2 bananas
1 cup oats, in flakes
1 egg
2 egg whites
2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
1 dash cow's milk
3 strawberries
1 can condensed milk
Preparation

Chop the plantains into small pieces.
Beat the egg with the 2 egg whites until well mixed.
Add the rolled oats to the beaten eggs.
Put the chopped plantains in the blender and add the oat mixture with the eggs.
Blend everything in the blender, add the vanilla and a splash of milk.
Heat a non-stick skillet.
Start pouring the mixture to make the hotcakes.
Wash the strawberries and slice them.
Place them on top when the hotcakes are ready and add the condensed milk.
