Oatmeal and Plantain Hotcakes

Delicious hotcakes with oatmeal and plantain, it is a perfect dish to start the day with a very tasty breakfast. I love making oatmeal hotcakes on weekends.

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup oats, in flakes
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 1 dash cow's milk
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 can condensed milk

  • Chop the plantains into small pieces.
  • Beat the egg with the 2 egg whites until well mixed.
  • Add the rolled oats to the beaten eggs.
  • Put the chopped plantains in the blender and add the oat mixture with the eggs.
  • Blend everything in the blender, add the vanilla and a splash of milk.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet.
  • Start pouring the mixture to make the hotcakes.
  • Wash the strawberries and slice them.
  • Place them on top when the hotcakes are ready and add the condensed milk.
