Oatmeal Hot Cakes

  • 2 cups oats
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 12 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • jam, the flavor you prefer

  • In a blender, mix the cheese, oats, vanilla, and egg until you achieve a light and homogeneous batter.
  • Put a teaspoon of butter in a skillet, and when it melts, pour in a ladle of batter and let it cook for two to three minutes on each side.
  • Serve with jam to taste, and if you like, you can accompany it with a bit of honey.
