  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cups oat flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs, 120
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 1/3 cups vegetable oil
  • blackberries

  • Mix the milk and oats in a bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Blend the soaked oats, wheat flour, oat flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, egg, vanilla, and oil. Place in a squeeze bottle and set aside.
  • Pour a portion of the batter into a non-stick skillet to form a spider web and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
  • Dust the oatmeal pancakes for Halloween with powdered sugar, place in a lunchbox, and decorate with blackberries. Serve with fruit and Danonino® Grape Pot!
