Pancake Tacos with Fruit

These pancake tacos are ideal for the breakfast of little ones; the pancakes mixed with cocoa and spread with a smooth and delicate layer of Nutella®, filled with a fruit cocktail mixture, are delicious. This dish is a delicious and balanced breakfast for any family member.

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 200 milliliters cow's milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 nutella, 18 g per pancake or per serving
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 banana, sliced, for taco filling
  • 1/4 cups strawberries, cut in halves, for taco filling
  • 1/4 cups blackberries, for taco filling
  • 1/4 cups raspberries, for taco filling

  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the pancakes until smooth and set aside.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with the butter and form pancakes the size of a tortilla. Set aside.
  • Spread one tablespoon of Nutella® on each pancake taco. Fill with fruit. Serve and enjoy.
