2 cups cow's milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cups sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 tablespoons salt
1 cup strawberry
1 cup blueberry

Add the lemon juice to the milk and let it sit for 5 minutes.
In a deep bowl, mix the eggs and the lemon milk.
Add the melted butter.
In another deep bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and combine.
Add 1/3 cup of strawberries and 1/3 cup of blackberries to the mixture.
Take a large skillet, grease it with cooking spray, and heat it up.
For each pancake, pour 1 large tablespoon or 3 regular tablespoons of batter.
Cook for 3 minutes, then flip and cook for 2 more minutes on the other side.
Transfer the pancakes to a plate and cover them to keep warm while you make the rest.
In a deep bowl, mix the leftover blackberries and strawberries.
