Pancakes with Chocolate Chips and Maple Cream

  • 1 cup whipping cream, fry
  • 1/3 cups maple syrup
  • 2 cups Gamesa® pancake mix
  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 cup semi-dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cups maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • For the maple cream, whip the cream in a bowl until soft peaks form.
  • Add the maple syrup and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Cover and refrigerate while preparing the pancakes.
  • For the pancakes, in a bowl add Gamesa® Pancake Mix, milk, eggs, and 2 tablespoons of butter, mix until no lumps remain.
  • For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup of the mixture into a previously greased skillet and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of chocolate chunks.
  • When bubbles appear and the underside of the pancake is golden, flip it. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
  • Sprinkle the pancakes with sugar.
  • Serve the pancakes with the prepared maple cream, maple syrup, and if desired, with red fruits and more chocolate chips.
