1/3 cups maple syrup
2 cups Gamesa® pancake mix
1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
1 cup semi-dark chocolate chips
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cups maple syrup
2 eggs
2 tablespoons butter

For the maple cream, whip the cream in a bowl until soft peaks form.
Add the maple syrup and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Cover and refrigerate while preparing the pancakes.
For the pancakes, in a bowl add Gamesa® Pancake Mix, milk, eggs, and 2 tablespoons of butter, mix until no lumps remain.
For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup of the mixture into a previously greased skillet and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of chocolate chunks.
When bubbles appear and the underside of the pancake is golden, flip it. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
Sprinkle the pancakes with sugar.
Serve the pancakes with the prepared maple cream, maple syrup, and if desired, with red fruits and more chocolate chips.
