Combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and baking powder.
Add the egg, orange juice, and 300g of FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yoghurt. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Heat a non-stick skillet with a little oil and wipe with a paper towel.
Using a small spoon, pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the mold to shape the pancake.
When bubbles form on the top, flip it over to brown the other side.
When browned on both sides, remove from the skillet and repeat until the mixture is finished.
To serve, place 1 pancake on a plate with 4-5 orange wedges and a large tablespoon of FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yoghurt. Place another pancake on top and drizzle with maple syrup.
