Pancakes with Orange and Greek Yoghurt

Ideal for breakfast or brunch, the orange and Greek yoghurt pancake recipe makes the perfect combination to start the day.

  • 10.6 ounces FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 14 ounces FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 7.9 ounces flour
  • 2.5 ounces sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 4.7 liquid ounces orange juice
  • maple syrup
  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented

  • Combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and baking powder.
  • Add the egg, orange juice, and 300g of FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yoghurt. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet with a little oil and wipe with a paper towel.
  • Using a small spoon, pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the mold to shape the pancake.
  • When bubbles form on the top, flip it over to brown the other side.
  • When browned on both sides, remove from the skillet and repeat until the mixture is finished.
  • To serve, place 1 pancake on a plate with 4-5 orange wedges and a large tablespoon of FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yoghurt. Place another pancake on top and drizzle with maple syrup.
