  • 2 cups Gamesa® pancake mix
  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/3 cups peanut butter
  • 1/2 cups peanut butter sprinkle
  • 2 bananas, sliced

  • In a bowl, mix the Gamesa® Pancake Flour, skim milk, eggs, butter, and peanut butter.
  • Add the peanut butter chips.
  • In a pre-greased hot skillet, add 1/4 cup of the mixture, let cook until bubbles form and it is golden on the bottom, then flip it. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
  • Serve the pancakes decorated with banana slices, chocolate syrup, and whipped cream.
