Pancakes with Strawberry Sauce Dairy-Free

Prepare these delicious pancakes with AdeS® Soya. They turn out fluffy, soft, and with a delicious flavor. They come with a strawberry sauce made with AdeS® Strawberry. You just need to put all the ingredients in the blender and heat them in a skillet. They are very easy to make and perfect to start your morning.

  • 1 cup Ades® soy milk
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup Ades® strawberry
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 teaspoons margarine

  • Place the flour, margarine, AdeS® Soya, egg yolks, baking powder, and salt in the blender.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gradually add the previous mixture with AdeS® Soya to the egg whites, folding it in gently. You should have a fluffy and thick mixture. If it feels too thick, you can add another 1/2 cup of AdeS® Soya.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet and add a little margarine; this will give more flavor to the pancakes. Pour in some of the mixture; if you want them all to be the same size, use a ladle to ensure they are all the same measure.
  • Let it cook for 3 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface, then cook the other side for 2 minutes. Make sure the stove is on medium heat to avoid burning.
  • For the strawberry sauce, pour the AdeS® Strawberry into a pot and add the flour, sugar, and margarine. Cook for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
  • Serve the sauce with the pancakes and enjoy.
