Tower of Hot Cakes with Nutella and Melon Pearls

This tower of hot cakes shaped like a cupcake is fantastic. With a base of pancake mix combined with walnuts and blueberries, spread with delicious Nutella®, which will give it the ideal touch of chocolate and hazelnut with perfect softness, making it the most delicious and balanced combination.

  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 cups walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 Nutella®, 18g per serving
  • 1/2 melons, in pearls
  • 1/2 cups raspberries

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the cupcakes. Set aside.
  • In a greased cupcake mold, pour the mixture to ¾ full. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven, spread with Nutella, form a tower, and decorate with melon pearls and raspberries. Serve and enjoy.
