Puff Pastry with Ham, Mushrooms, and Cheese

This puff pastry roll contains ham, cheese, canned mushrooms, pâté, bacon, and olives. It can be served for a very gourmet breakfast or for a casual but delicious and quick dinner!

  • 1/2 kilos puff pastry
  • 1 cup olives, slices
  • 100 grams pate
  • 400 grams Manchego cheese, shredded
  • 200 grams deli ham, chopped
  • 1 canned mushroom
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon cream
  • 1/4 kilos bacon, golden

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Knead the puff pastry with a little flour and roll it out with a rolling pin.
  • In the center, add the olives, pâté, cheese, chopped ham, diced and browned bacon, and the mushrooms without their liquid.
  • Make a taco by wrapping the puff pastry on both sides to prevent the filling from coming out.
  • In a small plate, mix the egg yolk with a teaspoon of cream. Brush the top of the roll with this mixture.
  • Place the roll on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 50 minutes or until golden.
