Puff Pastry with Ham, Mushrooms, and Cheese

This puff pastry roll contains ham, cheese, canned mushrooms, pâté, bacon, and olives. It can be served for a very gourmet breakfast or for a casual but delicious and quick dinner!

1/2 kilos puff pastry
1 cup olives, slices
100 grams pate
400 grams Manchego cheese, shredded
200 grams deli ham, chopped
1 canned mushroom
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon cream
1/4 kilos bacon, golden

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Knead the puff pastry with a little flour and roll it out with a rolling pin.
In the center, add the olives, pâté, cheese, chopped ham, diced and browned bacon, and the mushrooms without their liquid.
Make a taco by wrapping the puff pastry on both sides to prevent the filling from coming out.
In a small plate, mix the egg yolk with a teaspoon of cream. Brush the top of the roll with this mixture.
Place the roll on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 50 minutes or until golden.
