  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 pinches salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons clove powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg powder

  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cups pumpkin purée

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, nutmeg, and ginger. Add the milk, egg, oil, vanilla, and pumpkin puree and mix until well combined and reaching the desired consistency.
  • Pour a bit of the mixture into a skillet and cook the pumpkin spice hot cakes for 3 minutes on each side.
  • Place the hot cakes in a lunch box, drizzle with honey, and serve with fruit and a Danonino® Peach Pot.
