Sausage and Bacon Sandwich

This sausage and bacon sandwich contains different types of protein and is easy and quick to prepare. It’s ideal for starting your day with plenty of energy.

  • vegetable oil
  • 3 italian sausages
  • 1 San Juan® egg
  • 1 english muffin
  • butter
  • 4 bacon, fried, sliced
  • 1 canadian bacon, thick cut (5 mm)
  • 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • roasted peppers, canned
  • Parmesan cheese
  • potato hash brown, to accompany
  • mustard dressing, to accompany

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a little vegetable oil, and fry the Italian sausage for about 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • Place the English muffin on a tray, spread butter on both halves, and place cheddar cheese on the bottom half, then broil in an oven or salamander for 3 minutes at 190 °C.
  • Grease a wide-base cup, add the Huevo San Juan®, and cook for 2 minutes in the microwave.
  • Assemble the sandwich, place the Canadian bacon, bacon, Huevo San Juan®, roasted peppers, parmesan cheese on the toasted top, and close.
  • Serve with a hash brown potato and mustard dressing.
