This sausage and bacon sandwich contains different types of protein and is easy and quick to prepare. It’s ideal for starting your day with plenty of energy.
Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a little vegetable oil, and fry the Italian sausage for about 5 minutes. Set aside.
Place the English muffin on a tray, spread butter on both halves, and place cheddar cheese on the bottom half, then broil in an oven or salamander for 3 minutes at 190 °C.
Grease a wide-base cup, add the Huevo San Juan®, and cook for 2 minutes in the microwave.
Assemble the sandwich, place the Canadian bacon, bacon, Huevo San Juan®, roasted peppers, parmesan cheese on the toasted top, and close.
Serve with a hash brown potato and mustard dressing.
