  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 cup self-rising wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • Whip the egg until fluffy.
  • Add the cup of milk, incorporate the cup of flour, and then the sugar. Once everything is well mixed, add the butter.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet. Spray a little oil or butter and pour the mixture, cooking over medium heat.
  • When it has little holes, flip and cook for a little longer. Remove and continue with the process until the mixture is finished.
