3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Whip the egg until fluffy.
Add the cup of milk, incorporate the cup of flour, and then the sugar. Once everything is well mixed, add the butter.
Heat a non-stick skillet. Spray a little oil or butter and pour the mixture, cooking over medium heat.
When it has little holes, flip and cook for a little longer. Remove and continue with the process until the mixture is finished.
