Simple Granola

Try this delicious homemade granola that, besides being healthy, is full of flavor and very easy to make; you just need to combine the tasty Nature’s Path® cereals with seeds, honey, sugar, bake, and voilà, you have your homemade granola.

  • 1 cup Amazon Flakes Nature's Path® Cereal, presentation of 325 g
  • 1 cup Cereal Leapin´Lemurs Nature's Path®, presentation of 284 g
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup almonds, fileted
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup unsalted peanuts
  • 1/2 cups cranberries, dry
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 cups honey
  • 1/2 cups raw sugar

  • In a bowl, mix the Nature’s Path® Amazon Flakes cereal with the Nature’s Path® Leapin’ Lemurs cereal, oats, almonds, walnuts, peanuts, and blueberries with the help of a spoon.
  • Add coconut oil, honey, and brown sugar to the bowl. Mix and set aside.
  • Place the previous mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
  • Let cool, and with the help of your hands or a spatula, separate the granola.
  • Store in a jar with a lid in a dry place. Set aside until use.
  • Serve in your preferred yogurt and enjoy.
