Smoothie with Chia and Probiotics

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup beet, peeled and cut into medium cubes
  • 3 tablespoons walnuts
  • 1 1/2 cups water, cold
  • 1 Activia Chia Red Fruits®
  • chia seeds, for decoration

  • Place the raspberries, strawberries, beetroot, walnuts, water, and Activia Chía Red Fruits® in the blender and blend. Set aside.
  • Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and decorate with strawberries and chia.
