Banana Smoothie with Oat Milk

  • 5 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence, without color
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cups banana, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts

  • For the Quaker® oat milk, place the Quaker® oats in a bowl and pour in the water, let it sit for 30 minutes, strain, and set aside.
  • Blend the Quaker® oats, vanilla extract, brown sugar, and salt with the water.
  • Strain using a sieve or cheesecloth 2 times or until no oat remnants are visible.
  • For the banana smoothie, blend Quaker® oat milk, the banana, cinnamon, and walnut.
