Try this delicious fig and walnut smoothie that will make you crazy for the exquisite flavor brought by the caramelized figs.

5 figs
12 nuts, toast
1/2 cups water
250 milliliters evaporated milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cups juice, with pear
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder

In a saucepan with water, place the figs cut into quarters.
When it boils, add the sugar. Let it simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
Once the figs are cool, blend them together with all the other ingredients.
