Smoothie to start the morning right, made with green fruits and vegetables to fill your mornings with energy and wellness. With this green smoothie, you'll feel much better.

  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and seedless
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, shredded
  • 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 5 ice cubes, optional
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable protein powder, optional

  • Disinfect, peel, and chop all the ingredients. Add them to the blender.
  • Blend (except for the ice) for 2 minutes, making sure everything is well combined.
  • Once everything is combined, add the ice and blend a little more.
  • Serve and drink immediately.
