  • 2 cups oats
  • 4 cups Santa Clara® Lactose-Free Milk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 apple, peeled and in medium cubes
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • oats, for decoration
  • apple, in thin slices, for decoration

  • Mix the oatmeal and Santa Clara® Lactose-Free Milk in a bowl and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • Blend the oatmeal, Santa Clara® Lactose-Free Milk, peanut butter, apple, and vanilla for 5 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Serve the smoothie in a tall glass, decorate with oatmeal and apple.
