8 mint leaves
2 teaspoons lemon juice
lime zest
sugar , to taste
ice cubes
1/2 cups water

Place the mint leaves with the lemon zest and water in a pot.
Once it starts to boil, turn off the heat.
Strain and wait for it to cool.
Blend all the ingredients except for the lemon juice. At the end of the preparation, add the lemon juice, blend for 10 more seconds, and serve.
