Oat and Apple Juice for Weight Loss

This smoothie is the perfect breakfast if you want to lose a few pounds without feeling hungry. Both oats and apples are extremely high in fiber, which will keep you very satisfied while giving you plenty of vitality and energy. Therefore, you will reduce the amount of food in your subsequent meals and lose weight while feeling strong and almost without noticing. Flaxseeds also help a lot, but I’ve made them optional because the gelatinous texture they provide might not be to everyone’s liking.

  • 1 green apple
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 400 milliliters water

  • Cut the apple with the skin into small cubes. Place the apple and the rest of the ingredients in the blender.
  • Blend until everything is well incorporated, add some ice to make it a frappe.
