1 Oikos® Natural Greek Yogurt Without Sugar 10g protein
1 banana, half
1 tablespoon chia seeds, for the strawberry smoothie
1 tablespoon honey, for the strawberry smoothie
1/2 cups strawberries, in slices
2 cups milk, for the strawberry smoothie
2 tablespoons oats, for the chocolate smoothie
1 tablespoon cocoa, for the chocolate smoothie
1 teaspoon stevia, for the chocolate smoothie
2 cups coconut milk, for the chocolate smoothie
