4 cups milk
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoons salt

Blend the oats until you obtain a flour.
Mix 3 cups of milk and the egg yolks along with the vanilla. Then, add the flour all at once and integrate well until there are no lumps.
Beat the egg whites with the sugar and a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the flour mixture.
Pour the mixture into the pan, allowing it to spread on its own, and cover.
When the surface of the pancake has small holes, flip it with a spatula and cover again.
Repeat the step until you finish with the mixture.
You can enjoy them on their own or accompany them with dulce de leche, jam, or honey.
