Separate the 6 pieces of Huevo San Juan® into yolks and whites in two bowls. Set aside.
Pour the egg whites and yolks into two squeeze bottles or piping bags and set aside.
In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Then, using the squeeze bottle/piping bag, create a spiral with the yolks first. Next, fill the center of the spiral with the egg whites.
Flip the circle and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Serve on a wide plate and decorate with vegetables.
