Square Eggs

This is a very simple recipe ideal for breakfast and children love it.

  • 4 slices sandwich bread, or whole wheat bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • Cut each bread in the center making a circle with a cutter or if you don't have it you can do it with a glass, taking care that it is not too big to avoid breaking the edge of the bread.
  • Heat the butter over low heat.
  • You must place the loaves one by one, as soon as you put one, pour an egg into the cut you made, being careful not to spill it, put another loaf, pour the egg, and so on until all four are placed.
  • Take care that they are cooked and of uniform color to turn them and let them cook on the other side.
  • Take out the loaves and serve them as they are cooked and uniform in color.
