Stuffed Tomatoes with Egg Whites and Turkey Breast

  • 1 cup Zwan Bienestar® turkey breast

  • 2 red beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cups tomatillo
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 serrano chiles
  • 1/4 cups cilantro
  • 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • leaves fresh oregano, for garnish

  • Cut the Zwan Bienestar® turkey breast into small cubes.
  • Cook the Zwan Bienestar® turkey breast, San Juan® egg whites, salt, and pepper in a skillet with cooking spray, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Hollow out the tomato with a spoon, removing the pulp and seeds.
  • Stuff with San Juan® egg whites, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and bake for 5 minutes at 180° C or until golden brown.
  • For the green sauce, heat oil in a skillet and cook the onion, garlic, tomatillo, cumin, serrano chili, and cilantro, pour in the chicken broth, and cook for 5 minutes. Blend and fry for 10 minutes.
  • Serve the sauce, then place the tomato and garnish with oregano.
