1 cup cow's milk
1 cup flour
1 egg
250 grams butter
1/2 liters ice cream
1 cup fruit, slices

Beat the flour with the egg in a bowl until fully incorporated.
Add the milk gradually until there are no lumps and it takes on a somewhat thick texture and is not light.
Place a skillet on the stove over medium heat, add a little butter with a spoon.
Then add a bit of the batter to the skillet, forming a circle; flip it until the top is filled with bubbles.
Serve on a plate and decorate with ice cream of your choice and fruits, drizzle with maple syrup or liquid chocolate.
