Sweet Hotcakes

This sweet hotcake recipe includes ice cream and fresh fruits that no one can resist when they see them, make them as soon as possible!

  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 250 grams butter
  • 1/2 liters ice cream
  • 1 cup fruit, slices

  • Beat the flour with the egg in a bowl until fully incorporated.
  • Add the milk gradually until there are no lumps and it takes on a somewhat thick texture and is not light.
  • Place a skillet on the stove over medium heat, add a little butter with a spoon.
  • Then add a bit of the batter to the skillet, forming a circle; flip it until the top is filled with bubbles.
  • Serve on a plate and decorate with ice cream of your choice and fruits, drizzle with maple syrup or liquid chocolate.
