Breakfast to Share

Enjoy this breakfast to share with the whole family! We prepared some healthy and delicious waffles, accompanied by fresh fruit like grapes, strawberries, and grapefruit. Plus, you can serve it with yogurt!

  • 2 cups Danone® Sugar Free Greek Yogurt, for the waffles
  • 1 1/2 cups wheat flour, for the waffles
  • 1 egg, for the waffles
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder, for the waffles
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch, for the waffles
  • cooking spray, for the waffles
  • turkey bacon, fried, for serving
  • croissant, for serving
  • green grapes, for serving
  • strawberries, for serving
  • grapefruit, quartered, for serving
  • 1 cup Danone® Sugar Free Greek Yogurt, for serving
  • 1 cup N/A Yogurt griego endulzado Danone®, for serving
  • 1 cup walnuts, for serving
  • butter, for serving

  • Mix the Danone® unsweetened Greek yogurt, flour, egg, baking powder, and cornstarch in a bowl. Use a whisk to combine until integrated.
  • Spray a little cooking oil on a waffle maker, pour in some of the previous mixture, and cook for 5 minutes. Cool and set aside.
  • Cut the waffles in half and set aside
  • To assemble the breakfast to share: Place the waffles, croissants, fruit, bacon, Danone® sweetened Greek yogurt, Danone® unsweetened Greek yogurt, nuts, and butter on a large wooden board.
