6 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons whole-wheat flour
1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
2 tablespoons ginger powder
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1/2 teaspoons clove
3/4 cups cow's milk
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 egg
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
spray oil, pam
few icing sugar
blackberries
whipped creams

Meanwhile, mix in a deep bowl the flour, sugar, whole wheat flour, baking powder, ground ginger, cinnamon, salt, pepper, and clove.
In a small bowl, mix the milk with the lemon juice and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Add the milk, honey, and eggs to the flour mixture and mix well with a whisk.
Add the butter.
Grease your waffle maker with cooking spray and heat for 2-3 minutes.
Make the waffles until they are lightly golden. While cooking the rest of the batter, cover the ones you have already made so they don't get cold.
Finally, decorate with blackberries and whipped cream.
