6 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons whole-wheat flour
1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
2 tablespoons ginger powder
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1/2 teaspoons clove
3/4 cups cow's milk
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 egg
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
spray oil, pam
few icing sugar

Meanwhile, mix in a large bowl the flour, sugar, whole wheat flour, baking powder, ground ginger, cinnamon, salt, pepper, and cloves.
In a small bowl, mix the milk with the lemon juice and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Add the milk, honey, and eggs to the flour mixture and mix well with a whisk.
Add the butter.
Grease your waffle maker with cooking spray and heat for 2-3 minutes.
Make the waffles until they are lightly golden. While cooking the rest of the batter, cover the ones you've already made so they don't cool down.
Finally, sprinkle powdered sugar on top and add the red berries.
